Who we are

Eurowind Energy develops, constructs and operates renewable energy parks, and is one of the largest wind and PV developers in Denmark.

Founded in 2006, the company has become a significant player in the renewable energy sector, with over 700 employees and operations in 16 markets across Europe and the United States.

Our story began in Hobro, Denmark, long before the energy transition became a global priority. What started as a shared fascination with wind turbines between two brothers, Jens and Søren Rasmussen, and their father, grew into the foundation of Eurowind Energy and has evolved into a company driven by the belief that renewable energy is not an alternative – it is the future of energy supply.

What we do

Generating reliable electricity from renewable sources is at the core of everything we do, and our activities span across wind, solar, hydrogen, biogas, power-to-heat and battery storage solutions.

We believe that the future of energy supply is local, circular and renewable. There is a growing demand for renewable energy, stability of supply and locally anchored energy solutions.

Our aspiration is to be the next generation of 'Power Majors', solely composed of renewable energy, covering the entire value chain from project development to the sale of renewable energy.
