We have a strong sense of responsibility towards the local business community, and we aim to make far-reaching positive change.
We develop, build and operate power plants that generate clean and reliable electricity.
Electricity is vital for the health and welfare of national economies and societies and individual human beings. We are working to increase access to clean, affordable and renewable sources of power. Corporate social responsibility is a cornerstone of our organisation and firmly anchored in all areas of our business. Doing business sustainably is a top priority. The environment matters to us and we are constantly striving to make improvements.
We take care of our parks and the communities they’re part of. And each other.
Acting responsibly is a key priority for our organisation. We require our suppliers to perform their operations with respect for the environment. We are constantly striving to optimise or reduce the negative impact of our activities, for instance, with regard to pollution, excessive CO2 emissions and the production of waste.
We are committed to creating and maintaining a working environment with fair employment terms, decent working conditions and zero tolerance for discrimination. We respect and comply with internationally recognised human rights requirements as set out by the UN Human Rights Declaration, in addition to internationally recognised employment rights as stipulated by the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) core conventions. We also expect our suppliers to adopt and enforce similar workplace practices with a focus on the well-being, safety and dignity of employees.
