Eurowind Energy continues its ambitious growth strategy by acquiring its first operational biogas facility and completing a large renewable energy transaction in Poland.
Eurowind Energy is pleased to announce the acquisition of a share in the energy park Ausumgaard, located in Central Jutland. This strategically positioned site combines biogas production with wind power and hosts four V112 wind turbines. The facility currently produces 26.4 million Nm³ of biogas and has ambitious plans to integrate future technologies such as Power-to-Gas.
This acquisition strengthens our green gas portfolio and supports the strategy to integrate renewable solutions across multiple energy sectors, including power-to-heat and CO₂ utilization.
Major transaction in Poland
Eurowind Energy has also finalized the purchase of assets and a project portfolio from Sabowind in Poland, including six operating wind turbines (12 MW) and 370 MW of wind and solar projects in development. This transaction reinforces Poland as a key market in the company’s growth strategy.
The acquisition also brings three experienced specialists from Sabowind’s Polish branch into the team in Poznań, strengthening the operational base for future opportunities.
