As of October 1, 2023, Eurowind Energy has acquired the HyBalance hydrogen plant, located at Jyllandsvej 25, 9500 Hobro, from the French company Air Liquide.
The acquisition marks the first step in Eurowind Energy's overall strategy to implement PtX production in future hybrid parks across Europe.
The HyBalance hydrogen plant will serve as a test center, providing Eurowind Energy with experience and insights into hydrogen production, with the goal of eventually integrating it into the production of solar and wind energy.

About the HyBalance plant:
The HyBalance plant is a PEM (Polymer Electrolyte Membrane) unit capable of producing more than 500 kg of hydrogen per day.
The production unit is fully equipped with a 1.25 MW PEM electrolyzer, a hydrogen compression unit, and storage and refueling equipment for both regular pressure cylinders and tube trailers.
The HyBalance plant has been producing high-quality hydrogen since 2018.
