Eurowind Energy acquires German biogas engineering company.

Eurowind Energy GmbH has acquired the engineering company Greenline Energy located in Flensburg, Germany. Greenline Energy is renowned for their expertise with biogas plants and has a proven track record in the biogas industry since 2006.

The previous owner and CEO of Greenline Energy, Frank Nielsen, will head the new Flensburg office of Eurowind Energy. Eurowind Energy already has German offices in Neuruppin, Marburg, Leipzig, and Hamburg. The new office in Flensburg will be set-up in the same manner as the other German offices with project development within wind and solar and hydrogen but with an additional special competence in biogas.

Eurowind Energy is actively searching new colleagues to expand the new office with a preliminary aim of 15-20 employees.     

Recently Eurowind Energy announced biogas as a new business area, and the new office is an important part of raising the competence level and provide support to the organisation.

Klaus Heckenberger, Managing Director at Eurowind Energy GmbH is looking forward to welcoming the employees from Greenline Energy and to strengthen the competences within the organization.

The operational crossing of Greenline Energy to Eurowind will be finalized till the end of the year.
