Eurowind Energy (“Eurowind”) and Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (“Capstone”) create joint venture for the US market.
A new joint venture between Eurowind Energy, a Danish renewable energy company, and Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, a Canadian independent power producer, has been established to develop renewable energy projects in the United States.
The joint venture is currently developing a pipeline of more than 1GW of new renewable energy projects in California, consisting of battery storage, wind turbines, and solar PV. Eurowind and Capstone have equal interest in the projects, which are currently in the early stages of development.

The projects in California are being advanced with the original developer, Wind Works Power Corp.
