Eurowind Energy opened a new office in Milan with a team of four experienced profiles from the renewable industry. The company will conduct all business development activities in Italy from the Milan office.
Marco Caminiti joined the company in April as Head of Business Development. With 20 years’ experience in technical, commercial and business roles (mostly in the renewable energies’ field), Marco leads the team with the mission of growing the projects’ pipeline in Italy.

With nine years covering different roles as engineer, consultant and grid connection manager of PV and energy efficiency projects, Marco Baldin joined the Italian team as Senior Project Engineer. His mission is to provide technical expertise and ensure best practice across the lifecycle of the company’s renewable energy projects.
With the aim of boosting the company’s pipeline with new projects, Paolo Tixi was also hired as Senior Origination Manager. Paolo has an established network and an immense expertise which was consolidated throughout the past 20+ years working in the energy sector.
Sebastiano Capasso was the latest element to join the team as Project Manager. As an Architect with a Master in Auditing of Environmental Management Systems, he also has 20 years of experience coordinating and managing the permitting process of renewable energy projects in Italy.
Paolo Parroccini, the company’s Finance Officer since 2021, will keep his responsibility for the areas of administration, controlling and finance based in Rome.

Eurowind Energy has recently connected its first six wind turbines to the grid in Sicily and soon will start the construction of another five turbines in the same Region. The company has several solar and wind projects under development in the Italian market and intends to substantially grow this pipeline, potentially expanding it to “Power to X” projects too, including green hydrogen. To this point, the company is looking for large land plots al over the country in order to develop this kind of renewable energy projects.
