Eurowind Energy have donated 10.000 DKK til Børnecancerfonden and KidsAid Danmark. The donation became a reality when Stig Tøfting lost a bet to Mirco Reimer-Elster – a bet related to the American election.

Były zawodowy piłkarz, Stig Tøfting, przegrał zakład z Mirco Reimer-Elsterem, amerykańskim analitykiem TV2 Denmark. A przegrywając zakład, musisz spłacić swój dług. W tym przypadku Mirco Reimer-Elster odebrał swój dług, każąc Stigowi Tøftingowi przejść 167 km z Viby w Aarhus przez Danię aż do granicy między Danią a Niemcami, Kruså. Former professional football player, Stig Tøfting, lost a bet to Mirco Reimer-Elster, USA analyst at TV2 Denmark. And by losing a bet, you have to recall your debt. In this case, Mirco Reimer-Elster collects his debt by having Stig Tøfting walking 167 km. from Viby, Aarhus across Denmark and all the way to the border, Kruså, between Denmark and Germany. It all started with a bet concerning the American election, where Stig Tøftig thought that Donald Trump would win the office again. However, Mirco Reimer-Elster, USA analyst with TV2 Danmark, thought differently.
When Stig Tøfting arrived at the border in Kruså Saturday, March 27, he has raised 773.741 DKK with help from several companies and private persons. However, since Saturday the donation has increased to 838.930 DKK. Stig Tøfting has now postponed the deadline to April 6 hoping that he will be able to raise 1 million DKK in the good cause.
